Keystone Counselling is a hybrid in-person/virtual clinic. All communication with staff is done exclusively through Cortico - a secure, encrypted, Canadian healthcare platform which enables patients to:

• book, change, and cancel appointments (according to our policies)

• connect to secure video appointments with Dr. Nematullah

• securely send and receive messages to/from administrative staff

• access the platform via web browser (no mobile app available)
