Book an Appointment

Keystone Counselling is a hybrid in-person/virtual clinic. All communication with staff is done exclusively through MyHealthAccess - a secure, encrypted, Canadian healthcare platform which enables our patients to:

• book, change, and cancel appointments (according to clinic policies)

• connect to secure video appointments with Dr. Nematullah

• securely send and receive messages to/from administrative staff

• access MyHealthAccess via web browser and/or Android or iOS apps
