Conclusion of telephone, fax, and email service

Keystone Medical has discontinued all telephone, fax, and email services as of the end of March 2023. The only service still available is the medical records request portal. The clinic email address is no longer monitored except for verifying e-transfer payments and medical records requests.

Keystone Medical Family Clinic has closed its doors.

After over six years of helping care for patients from Peel Region and beyond, we are sad to announce that we have made the difficult decision to permanently close the clinic. Dr. Nematullah’s in-person availability concluded at the end of October 2022. Virtual appointments to wrap up care and pending investigations concluded at the end of December 2022.

Dr. Imana’s new practice location

Dr. Imana has relocated his practice to Credit Valley Health Center in Mississauga. Current patients, as well as new patients looking for a family doctor, should contact Dr. Imana at his new practice location by following the above link or by calling 905-828-0270. Dr. Imana’s final day of practice in Brampton concluded at the end of August 2022.

William Osler Virtual Urgent Care: Telephone and video urgent care services for patients 3 months of age and older. Available weeknights from 5 pm to 9 pm and weekends from 10 am to 4 pm. Click here.

Peel Memorial Urgent Care Centre: When it’s not an emergency but it can’t wait. Open 8 am to 9 pm, 7 days a week. Call 905-494-2120.

Brampton Civic Emergency Department: For extremely urgent or life-threatening health issues. Open 24 hours. Dial 9-1-1 for ambulance pickup.
